I am very much in the summer mood and I have been loving this braid trend very much... Of course, when LC started doing the front side braid I jumped all over that but it has gone to a new level... I absolutely love these... Of course, if you want to know how to do them, all you gotta do is head over to youtube and you'll find braids galore!

Blazer-Rat
It turns out...
...I'm a blazer-rat who's either at the office working...or frankly...at the office working. And since I'm a dedicated blazer rat, there's no time over for the blog-writing-business. Which I sincerely miss. So here is my second posting in like almost a year. But stay with me, don't lose the faith.
Now since we're on the topic of blazers, there are many ways to freshen up your winter wardrobes, I am particularly excited about one of the season's most accessible transitional pieces: the printed blazer.
These high-impact jackets are festooned with everything from elegant floral patterns to cool graphic designs. This must-have essential instantly elevates any cold-weather ensemble-you can use one to punch up an after-hours outfit or give your nine-to-five mix a modern update-and still looks chic come spring and summer!

Welcome to Spring/Summer 2012!
It's a new EPIC season...
It's that time of year again...time to ignore the cold weather, forget about Autumn/Winter and start preparing your wardrobe for the new season. Spring/Summer 12 looks set to be seriously stylish, and because I'm nice, I've done all the hard work for you and condensed it down to the most important trends. Get ready to embrace prints, pastels and pyjamas, as well as a Summer dominated by sports (clothing included) and a love affair with the 1920s. What's your favourite?!
THE TWENTIES
No doubt inspired by the impending release of film epic The Great Gatsby, this season designers have fallen for the Twenties, catwalks were like Fitzergerald's jazz age novel, where 'men and girls came and went like moths among the whisperings and the champagne and the stars.'
Key Designers: Gucci, Marchaesa, Ralph Lauren, Roberto Cavalli, Etro, Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti
PASTELS
After a long hard Winter it's no wonder fashion wants to get all sweet and dreamy. And with bonbon, macaroon and ice-cream colour palettes Spring/Summer 2012 is going to look good enough to eat!
Key Designers: Jonathan Saunders, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Christopher Kane, Preen, Lanvin
SPORTSWEAR
With an upcoming Summer that will be dominated by the Olympics, it was inevitable that this athletic obsession would filter through to the catwalk. Fortunately for fashion fans, this season's offerings are heavy on style and light on spandex.
Key Designers: Stella McCartney, Rag and Bone, Kenzo, Hakaan, Lanvin
PRINTS
They come out in some form or another every season, but Spring/Summer 12 has gone absolutely wild for prints in every possible variety, and clashed them together for good measure. Animal to ethnic to plain old dotted to tribal and back again, they're all relevant.
Key Designers: Dolce and Gabbana, D&G, Marni, Mary Katrantzou, Peter Pilotto
PYJAMAS
Maybe several designers took a stab at nightwear and decided it was just too gorgeous to be confined to bed-time, but this season's pyjama trend takes dressing down to a whole new level!
Key Designers: Stella McCartney (she's worn hers out already), Haider Ackermann, Antonio Marras, Jonathan Saunders
